Welcome—I'm Nili Baida
Hello and welcome!
I’m Nili Baida—an educator, creator of NILI ISRAEL PHOTOS, and a passionate observer of Israel’s landscapes, places, and meaningful moments.
With a B.Ed. and an M.A. in Education, I spent over 30 years in the field of education as a teacher, vice principal, and school principal. 
Throughout my career, I was privileged to guide people, build connections, and inspire others through learning and leadership.
In 2017, I embarked on a new chapter in my life, pursuing my passion for capturing the beauty, atmosphere, and character of Israel through photography.
Over the past six years, I have traveled extensively throughout Israel, capturing both its iconic landmarks and the quiet moments that often go unnoticed — ancient olive trees, diverse landscapes, changing seasons, vibrant cities, and the unique atmosphere of this land.
I am the founder and creator of NILI ISRAEL PHOTOS, a Facebook community followed by more than 153,000 people worldwide. Through my images, I share a personal perspective of Israel and create a visual connection between people and the land.
Today, my work reaches millions of people around the world and has become a bridge connecting audiences to Israel through beauty, emotion, and authentic moments.

I also create The Beauty of Israel — Moments That Create Connection, a guest speaker experience in English that invites audiences to discover Israel beyond facts and locations — through landscapes, images, and the feelings that places can inspire.

On a personal note, I am married to Amir. We have three wonderful sons and three grandchildren who bring great joy to our lives.
